Thank you for using MyPinkRides. We understand that from time to time you may need to request a refund for your
purchase or service. This Refund Policy explains the situations in which you may be eligible for a refund and how
you can request one.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:
- Service not rendered: If a ride or service you requested was not provided or was canceled by
us.
- Payment Errors: If you were incorrectly charged for a ride, including duplicate charges or
overcharging.
- Issues with Service Quality: If the service provided did not meet the expected standards, you
can file a complaint for refund consideration.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent the service from being
delivered as intended (e.g., app malfunctions, payment gateway failure).
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind: If you cancel the ride after it has been confirmed and dispatched.
- Customer no-show: If you fail to show up at the designated pickup location without prior
notice.
- Ride completed: If the service was provided and completed successfully as per the original
booking request.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log into your MyPinkRides account and navigate to the “My Rides” section.
- Step 2: Locate the ride for which you wish to request a refund.
- Step 3: Click on the “Request Refund” button and complete the refund request form.
- Step 4: Submit any relevant details (e.g., reason for refund, issue encountered).
- Step 5: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business
days.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that it may take
up to 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment
service provider.
