Welcome to MyPinkRides Parcel Services! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our parcel services. By using our parcel services, including booking deliveries through our app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

• Have a valid and active account with MyPinkRides.
• Provide truthful and accurate information when registering for or using our services.
• The sender and receiver must ensure that the parcel contains only lawful and non-hazardous items.

3. Parcel Packaging

You are responsible for properly packaging your parcel. MyPinkRides is not liable for any damages or losses arising from improper packaging. We recommend using appropriate packaging materials to secure your items during transit.

4. Parcel Pickup and Delivery

When booking a parcel service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
• Ensure that the parcel is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
• Be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel at the scheduled time or make arrangements for someone to do so.

5. Payment for Parcel Services

You agree to pay for the parcel delivery services provided by MyPinkRides. The payment will include:

• A base fare, which is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery distance of the parcel.
• Additional charges that may include, but are not limited to, tolls, taxes, and surcharges.
• Optional insurance for valuable parcels, which you can opt for during booking.

6. Prohibited Items

You agree not to send any of the following items through MyPinkRides parcel services:

• Illegal items or substances.
• Hazardous or flammable materials.
• Perishable goods unless agreed upon in advance.
• Items that exceed weight or size restrictions as specified by MyPinkRides.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. MyPinkRides collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our parcel services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data, including:

• Personal identification details (name, contact details, etc.).
• Parcel details (weight, dimensions, tracking information, etc.).
• Delivery-related data (location, routes, timings, etc.).

8. Ratings and Feedback

After the parcel delivery is completed, you may be prompted to rate the service and provide feedback. You agree to provide honest, accurate, and constructive feedback. We may use this feedback to improve our services.

MyPinkRides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the parcel services at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 10. Limitation of Liability

MyPinkRides is not responsible for:

• Any damage or loss to parcels caused by improper packaging.
• Any delay in the provision of services due to factors beyond our control, such as road closures, weather conditions, or technical issues.
• Loss of property during the parcel delivery process unless it is caused by the negligence of MyPinkRides or its delivery partners.

11. Suspension and Termination

MyPinkRides reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Payment issues arise, including chargebacks or fraudulent activities.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPinkRides, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the parcel services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Force Majeure

MyPinkRides shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, government restrictions, or technical malfunctions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of India.
