Pink Rides
"Captain": A registered individual who provides transportation services to Riders through the PinkRides Platform.
"Rider": A person who requests and uses the ride services offered by a Captain via PinkRides.
"Platform": The PinkRides mobile app or website that connects Captains with Riders for transport services.

By registering with PinkRides, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Providing Rides: As a Captain, you will use the Platform to accept ride requests and provide transportation to Riders.
Ride Completion: Once you accept a ride, you are expected to complete the ride in a safe and timely manner unless there is a valid reason for cancellation (e.g., unsafe conditions).
Behavior: You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully while engaging with Riders. Abusive behavior or discriminatory actions may result in termination of your account.
Ride Payments: You will earn a fare for each completed ride based on the Platform’s fare calculation. PinkRides may take a service fee or commission, which will be clearly communicated to you.
Payment Methods: Earnings will be processed through the Platform’s payment system. You agree to provide valid payment details.
Tax Responsibilities: You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to your earnings as a Captain.
Vehicle Condition: You must ensure your vehicle is in good working condition, clean, and safe for the Rider.
Insurance: You must maintain proper insurance coverage for your vehicle, which complies with local laws and covers any accidents or damages during the ride.
Compliance with Laws: You are required to comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and any local ordinances while providing ride services.
Termination by PinkRides: PinkRides reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to meet safety requirements, or engage in inappropriate behavior.
Termination by You: You may deactivate your account at any time via the Platform. Any outstanding payments owed to you will be processed following termination.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform. Any services already provided will still be paid, subject to final review.
Data Collection: PinkRides collects personal and ride-related information to provide the services, such as location data, ride history, and payment details.
Privacy: PinkRides is committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store your data.
You agree to indemnify and hold PinkRides harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions while providing transportation services or from any breach of these Terms.
Platform Availability: PinkRides does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any technical failures that may disrupt your access to the Platform.
Accidents and Losses: PinkRides is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries that occur during rides. Captains are responsible for their own conduct and safety while providing services.
If a dispute arises between you and PinkRides, we encourage you to resolve it directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the issue to binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction in which PinkRides operates.
PinkRides is not liable for any delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or technical failures.
PinkRides may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, you will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PinkRides operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
