• Be present at the agreed-upon pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Ensure that your booking is made for an appropriate vehicle type based on your group size and baggage requirements.

5. Payment for Services

You agree to pay for the ride services provided by MyPinkRides. The payment will include:

• A base fare, which is calculated based on the distance, time, and location.
• Additional charges that may include but are not limited to tolls, taxes, and surcharges, which may vary based on the route and location.
• Optional tips to drivers, which are at your discretion.

6. Ride Behavior and Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Follow all local laws and regulations regarding passenger behavior and safety.
• Wear a seatbelt at all times during the ride.
• Refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use in the vehicle.
• Treat the driver with respect and courtesy. Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threats toward the driver will result in immediate suspension of your account and may lead to legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. MyPinkRides collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data, including:

• Personal identification details (name, contact details, etc.).
• Payment information (stored securely).
• Ride-related data (location, routes, timings, etc.).

8. Ratings and Feedback
